Delete your Foosma account

Applies to the Foosma app by Dynaspirits Design Inc. (com.dynaspirits.foosma)

You can delete your Foosma account and its data directly in the app — no email or phone call required. Deletion is permanent.

Delete in the app

Open Foosma and sign in.
Go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
We send a 6-digit confirmation code to your account email (valid for 15 minutes).
Enter the code in the app and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Already uninstalled the app?

Reinstall Foosma from the App Store or Google Play, sign in with your existing account, and follow the steps above. If you can no longer sign in (for example, you lost access to your email), contact support@foosma.com from any address and we will verify your identity and process the deletion manually.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, email, phone, avatar, preferences) — deleted immediately.
All meals, ratings, and reviews you created — deleted immediately.
Sign-in sessions and security records — deleted immediately.
Your meal photos — removed from photo storage and backups within 30 days.

No data is kept after deletion except where we are legally required to retain records. We do not keep "deactivated" copies of your account.
